  • Overhauled website for the Alpha Lambda Alpha chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, converting it into a community website.
  • Utilized open-source CMS software named Xaraya to implement community features (member registration, message board participation, news/event/photo submission, article comments, administrative moderation).
  • Created a mockup of the website in Adobe Photoshop, which was then sliced apart to fit into standards-compliant XHTML/CSS templates.
  • Utilized Xaraya's template language (Blocklayout) and PHP code to alter Xaraya's default theme to fit the XHTML/CSS templates I created from Photoshop mockups.
  • Altered default Xaraya's BBCode implementation to produce valid and semantic XHTML output.
  • Currently managing and editing content submissions from members.
